The effect of mixed leadership styles and how it affects the business

Mixed leadership styles leads to the benefits of all leadership styles utilized. For instance, mixed leadership styles comprising of situational and transformational leadership styles will provide an organisation with the benefits of both transformational leadership and situational leadership. For instance, mixed leadership enhances cooperation, appreciation and value for people within the organisation while at the same time sticking to the tasks of the organisation.

Task-related leadership styles of situational leaders can be combined with the honesty, transparent and trust-based transformational leadership to enhance the performance of a given task effectively for the benefit of all members of the organisation and not for the benefit of a few leaders in the organisation. This results in better overall performance, reputation and profitability of the organisation.
