Various political seats in Baringo County will be up for grabs in the upcoming August 2022 elections. There will be a battle between a UDA nominee and independent candidates for the gubernatorial position. The senate race will be a two-horse race between UDA and KANU nominees. There are also six constituencies that will give one member of parliament each. Five out of Six MPs are expected to come from UDA, and one from Tiaty could be a KANU or KUP aspirant.
